Manage access control for all employees vendors/visitors.
Manage crowd and traffic control within and surrounding the premise and (eg parking, drop-off or pick-up).
Conduct patrol and inspection of the premise and report facilities defects to management.
Assist with enforcement of dormitory house rules and report violation to management.
Respond to emergency situations and report to management and local authorities if necessary.
Maintain records such as Visitors Record, Residents Register and any documents required by the authorities.
Active participation in emergency exercises (eg fire drills) and Company Events.
Directing road traffic when vehicles enter or exit the site.
All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
