Liaise with the client, site manager, project manager and site engineers
Prepare and carry out budgetary control
Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
Select or source construction materials
Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take off and cost evaluation
Responsible for progress claim, VO and finalisation of accounts and sub-con progress claim
Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project

Experience in tender preparation/ measurement
Good organization and communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking client
At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is prefer
We also welcome fresh graduate from local university
