Job Description

Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
To perform estimation for variation submission
Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts
Perform measurements for quantities
Evaluation of price comparison
Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
Monitoring of project variations

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma In Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
